                        Morning
                        Walk: 4.02 miles
                        I love to walk, and i can walk for a long time/distance, but i am not fast. My morning walks are more for mental health and basic physical activity than for exercise. Sometimes i stroll; sometimes i walk briskly, but i don't really focus on my pace or calorie burn. This morning was nice and cool; i felt energized and set off at a pretty good pace (for me), which i managed to keep up long enough to achieve a mini goal of mine. (See Today's Victory at end of post.)

                        I am dropping Five Rites from my plan (at least for now), because it just isn't working with the flow of my morning routine, and the things that are already established in that routine are more important to me.

                        Late Morning
                        Classic Warmup
                        Easy Workout #3: Wake Up &; Make It Happen did step jacks instead of jumping, reverse instead of forward lunges, and wall pushups
                        Rotator Cuff
                        Easy Workout #4: 2-Minute Workout did step jacks instead of jumping and squats + full body extensions rather than jump squats
                        Daily Push-ups Challenge day 24: 45 Wall Pushups throughout the day (12,12,12,9)
                        Reset Stretch x2

                        Afternoon
                        Deep Breathing Meditation and Hug

                        Easy Workout #5: Express Workout did reverse lunges and wall pushups instead of the regular

                        Today's Victory: I achieved a mini goal today of walking 5k/3.1mi in under an hour (56:44) I have previously done this, but have not been able to since gaining back so much weight.
