DorothyMH yes. We have been doing each program one day/week, except for 60DoC which we did 2 days per week, plus one day/week of just individual workouts (in case we needed a catch up day for days when Norma wasn't up for the regularly scheduled workout). So no badges for a long time, but then 5 programs completed all in the same week! We are just doing some individual workouts--our usual stuff: Posture, Knee Saver, Sore Feet, Wrist Pain, Hand Tendons yesterday, Journey Before Destination, Back Pain Relief, Ankle Recovery, Wrist Pain, and Hand Tendons today--this weekend. Buying myself a couple of days to figure out our new program.

* the only traditional yoga pose I did this day was my dolphin-a-day. But I did spend almost an hour dancing. Being able to do that is, for me, the point of my yoga asana practice. So it totally counts!
One of my favourite bands is the wonderful Boreal. The members of Boreal are all amazing musicians in their own right, with individual careers, but they all come together each winter for this special winter-themed band. Last year they did not have any in-person concerts, due to Covid. This year they have a few. But I'm almost 6 months past my second Covid shot, the only show I could reasonably get to is a matinee (the closest show is a 2.5 hour drive for me each way), and a matinee is likely to have under-12 year olds in attendance, few of whom have been vaccinated here yet. I just couldn't risk it. Then I found out that Boreal's outdoor gig on Saturday afternoon--which I had originally thought was just a 15 minute preview for the indoor concerts they're performing next weekend--was actually going to be a full 45-minute set. That's half of a full concert! And outdoors where it's safe, and where I would have plenty of room to dance. For me, a half concert at which I can dance with wild abandon throughout is even better than a full concert at which I'm forced to sit in a chair because there's no room for dancing. So of course I went! It was so wonderful!
Due to the long drive, plus the concert itself, I did not have time enough to work out a new program for Norma and myself to get started on yet. So we just did a few of our old standby workouts: Posture, Knee Saver, Sore Feet, Wrist Pain, and Hand Tendons. Time: 37:30. Day 618
Hiking was just short walks with the pups, plus between the concert and where I found parking. 3K
Here is a rare summertime set for Boreal, recorded in Tannis's & Lewis's backyard in the summer of 2020 (for a pandemic version of Guelph's annual summer music festival):
