      It's good to hear from you - I'm glad you and your family are well and that you have been able to get outside and enjoy the summer weather! I agree that Wingspan can be a bit overwhelming to learn at first, but it is very addicting once you know how to play! I'm glad you are enjoying it, and I hope it isn't distracting you from your workouts too much

            Whirly I've had to put Wingspan away for a few days, until I clear some things from my To Do list. Then I can play it again as a reward for being productive. Teaching the game to my mother has been instructive in helping me to understand her challenges with learning new things these days. Usually I am trying to teach her how to do things on her computer. That is an extremely frustrating task because she has decided the computer is her enemy so she is determined to have an antagonistic relationship with it. With teaching her Wingspan though, I can see she is genuinely having difficulty in learning, even when she wants to. Hopefully I can learn to be more patient with my mother's legitimate learning challenges while still continuing to encourage her to get over the bad attitude which is causing her additional problems whenever a computer is part of the equation.

I kept up with doing full push-ups throughout the Knee Push-ups Challenge and managed the first set in one go on all days, but had to take some of my down-dog recoveries mid-set to complete subsequent sets on most days.

                    Knee Push-ups Challenge - Day 30: 1:00 - done on my toes - 0 push-ups this day. 36/98 week-to-date for The Pushers Week #5. One of the reasons I wanted to take on this challenge was to improve my endurance in chaturanga holds. These were so tough for me during Power Up. I don't think I ever managed the full 60 second hold in one go while doing that program. Today, a 60 second chaturanga felt pretty easy. So mission accomplished!

                            It's good to see you back and doing well Congrats on finishing the knee pushups, it's good to see your progression there

                            I don't have any particularly helpful suggestions for programs for your mother except to say that Cardio Go is a very repetitive program. It might suit her well or it might be very boring for her. I'd recommend trying a day or two yourself first to get an idea of whether she'll stick with it. Cutting the number of sets should help though.
