Okay so I did the workout of the day today. My plan is to do AT LEAST the workout of the day for these last few days of May, then choose a doable 30-day challenge to get me back in the swing of working out regularly. If anyone has ideas on their favorite challenges, whether they be from Darebee or somewhere else, I would love to hear your suggestions!

However . . . Today I did the energy boost workout twice and the Daily Dare with EC. So Iโm gonna go ahead and claim that victory

Iโm Actually on my schedule this week! Monday I did the Rowdy workout for combat day, Tuesday I did a dance workout for casual training. This morning (Wednesday) I did Silver workout for HIIT day, as well as the daily dare with EC ๐๐พ

Iโve been doing dance workouts three days a week these past few weeks. I was trying to see if thatโs something I can sustain for a while. Trying new things is fun! I did a dance workout today, as well as the Daily Dare ๐๐พ Have a great rest of the weekend! ๐ค
