                  Thank you, lovely beesshe is doing ok

                  Lets see...Friday...ah yes,
                  Friday after work I had to go pick up my son from a friends house unexpectedly(hes been on fall break). He was bored so he wanted to come home instead of staying...oof, his friends house was of course, the opposite way from going home, by like, 30-40 mins so it took me over 2 hours to get him and get back to my side of town. Then my mom decided to just meet us for dinner. So I didnt get home until after 8pm. I got a walk in with my dog and hit the sack.

                  Saturday- I did Runners Prime -Day 2 - Lvl 2. Push ups done on knees. Walked my pooch and went to go look at cars at a car show with my mom and step dad. Did some mining in Minecraft with my son(where do the hours go when playing this game?!)

                  Sunday I was planning on doing day 3 of Prime, but my daughter told me I should come over, so of course I did. My husband started messaging me about stuff I wanted from the house, which was giving me some anxiety as he was telling me no to things that belonged to my family, because he was the one that wanted the items in the first place...sigh. So my daughter offered to go for a walk to help calm me down, that was about a 40 min walk...I didn't intend for her to be on her feet that long, but I was just following her as I am not that familiar with her neighborhood. Spent the rest of the day playing cards and such. We played Among Us too, which was funny, because it was my daughters first time playing, and I haven't played a whole lot. She got into it real quick, and loved being the imposter lmao. Can you believe she offed her own mother?! I'm used to my son doing it, but not her! Blasphemy! LOL. She cooked us dinner and we made it home late again, so no run. I went to bed.

                      Came home, walked my pooch, then after dinner I did Runners Prime Day 3 - Did intervals- ran as far as I could, walked to recover and repeated. Total distance 2.32 miles in 35 mins. Did not take my pooch as I wanted to be able to focus on my running and not him stopping every 30 secs
                      Afterwards I stretched.

                      I will have to figure out some markers so i know when to start and when to stop, as I am not sure of the distance I actually ran.

                        If I don't get some decent sleep soon, something bad is going to happen...I totally cut someone off today on the interstate, i dont know why, but I didnt see them at all, and I should have. The ONLY thing I can figure is that when i was coming up on them there was a semi on the side of the road and maybe the car blended in with that as they were both white and it was dark. IDK, but not good. Thankfully all i did was piss them off. Understandable. They drove like a jack ass around me, then slowed down. Yea, no I am not passing you, thanks...so they drove slow for a while, me following behind at a decent distance, then they sped off driving like a jackass again weaving in and out of traffic...ok bud, now I dont feel so bad But yes...sleep is needed in a bad kinda way

                        Last night after dinner I walked my pooch then did Day 4 of Runners Prime, Lvl 2

                            Sleep still eludes me,(maybe got 3 hrs, but thats really stretching) but there were extenuating circumstances. Like needing to talk to my husband about bills and money right when I went to bed. That got my anxiety going. Again, he is playing nice, but it is still awkward, of course. Plus, more awkward because he said "I love you" when getting off the phone, I assume out of habit, so that made me pause, I didnt know if I should respond...i mean i do love him, i always will...but yeah. As i was awkwardly saying it back he hung up, so yeah.

                            Got home, dinner was ready so I ate, vegged for a bit because I'm exhausted, walked stubbs, then went for my 30 min run after taking him home. Runners Prime Day 5 in the books. I really didnt feel like running, especially after eating, but i did...and I pushed hard and managed to run a mile...i'm shocked I still have that in me, no matter how hard I had to push to keep going. Sooo I got a tad over 2 miles in 30 mins. I did walking/jogging the second mile, but mostly walking lol

                            sigh, I guess i will need to take something so I can sleep..anyone have any suggestions???

                              I'm impressed with you doing the program despite that severe lack of sleep. Really.
                              The only things I know to get me to sleep probably aren't the healthiest ones or right now not feasible for you. Hot beer with honey is one thing that does the trick for me. I've read about a warm foot bath before going to bed, too. Something about the blood flow, I think.
                              Anyway, I hope you'll get a good night's sleep as soon as possible. And then a few nights more.

                                I don't know if it helps in a stressful situation, but I have a really hard time falling asleep without melatonin. I have found it helps me sleep through the night better, too.
