If the flexibility week taught me one thing, then that I'm not flexible at all. So hear my oath: each workout will be finished with yoga or stretching.
Starting Stretching routine recommended by /r/flexibility. I add in some stretching during the rests between sets, it really helps!

S**t, just back from the doc, where I was told that my cold now reached the paranasal sinuses which causes heavy headaches when I exercise.
I will have to quit all exercises and my challenges for a while. Nightg0ddess keep the push-up challenge going, you are doing great.
Thanks, yes I hope to be back soon too. I still feel not 100% healthy and I don't want to experience the same sh*t again so I take it low until I'm fully recovered. Furthermore I have a new daily routine which involves very time consuming exercises such as trolley-pushing and diaper-changing .
