    Fabulous @46? CODawn's checkin

    Hi Everyone,
I joined this site a few months ago and I love it. I've also been reading some of the checkin threads and found them truly inspiring so I decided to start my own.
History: A few years ago I decided I wanted to "fabulous at 40" so I lost over 30 pounds by working out, running and counting calories. I kept it off for a few years...but then we moved to Colorado and discovered new restaurants and sandwich shops that all make their own cookies and brownies. Yum!! But, as I approach 46 (yuck) I am back up to 140 lbs (double yuck!). I believe I am on the right track though. I started 9Round in July 2015 and try to go 3 times a week but sometimes things get in the way. I started my run/walk (5/5 x3) intervals on the treadmill. This works out to be 30 minutes and 2.25 miles. I also do push-ups throughout the day.
Darebee: I've completed <Totals>, Fit Christmas, Advent Calendar, random DDs, I once started 90 Days of Action but didn't finish. I am currently almost done with 30 Days of Cardio Blast.
Goals: In no particular order/ timeframe-complete the Boxer Prime workout, run 4 miles with no walking, get back down to 115 lbs. I may add more on...
Tomorrow is my first official checkin. I was pretty tired today but I did this anyway:
    1. 2 mile walk on treadmill @ 4mph = 30 mins
    2. 80 push-ups throughout the day.

Shenanigans: I have to do 2 days of cardio blast tomorrow since I only did one today.

Sunday 01.15.2017 30 Days of Cardio Blast completed!
    1. Days 29 & 30 back to back level I.
    2. 2 mile walk on treadmill @ 4 mph = 3mins.
    3. 112 push-ups throughout the day.

Shenanigans: I felt like crap when I woke up today. My first inclination was to sit on my ass and feel sorry for myself. I really wanted to finish cardio blast, though. My reward? Starting 90 Days of Action tomorrow!

            1. 2 mile walk on treadmill @ 4 mph = 30 mins.

Shenanigans: I knew 9Round would be out the window when I was emailing my boss @3am to tell him I would be taking a sick day. After a day of Netflix I was able to get the treadmill in. My debut of 90 Days of Action will have to wait until tomorrow.

              1. Run/walk intervals on treadmill: 5/5 x 3= 30 minutes, 2.25 miles.
              2. 4.1 mile walk outside: 1 hour 10 minutes.
              3. 90 Days of Action Day 1, Level I, 1 minute rest.
              4. 102 pushups (includes the 30 from #3 above).

Shenanigans: The intervals were better today...only the first running interval was hell. It's been a while since we walked outside. I am wondering when I became such a cold weather wimp. I probably should've pushed myself to do Level II. Maybe tomorrow?

Wednesday 01.18.2017 Woo hoo! 15 days in a row!
                1. 9Round.
                2. 4.1 mile walk outside, 1 hour 11 minutes.
                3. 90 Days of Action Day 2, Level II, 1 minute rest.
                4. 80 push-ups.

Shenanigans: I love when the freestyle round is on the wrecking ball bag. Shin kicks are my favorite.

                    1. Run/walk intervals on treadmill: 5/5 x 3= 30 minutes, 2.25 miles.
                    2. 4.1 mile walk outside: 1 hour 11 minutes.
                    3. 90 Days of Action Day 3, Level III, 1 minute rest.
                    4. 80 push-ups.

Shenanigans: 8 AM meeting with the boss = pop-tart breakfast. That's a poor excuse, I know. At least I did not use the "birthday excuse" to blow off working out and eat out instead. My intervals went well! Tomorrow is the weigh in though.

                      1. 2 mile walk on treadmill @ 4 mph = 30 mins.
                      2. 34 push-ups.

                      Weigh in: 141.6 gained .6, Body fat % 35.1, gained .3

Shenanigans: Friday was a really bad day. I am grateful for the badge challenge since that forced me to get on the treadmill for a couple of miles. I blew off my 10 minute meditation when I needed it the most. Here's to a better day today!

                        1. 4.1 mile walk outside, 1 hour 11 minutes.
                        2. 90 Days of Action Day 4, Level II, 1 minute rest.
                        3. 80 push-ups.

Shenanigans: Back to it today. Pushups seemed hard today and most of them were done prior to Day 4 of Action, which was shoulder focused. Today was a better day though. One day at a time, right?

                          1. 2 mile walk on treadmill @ 4mph = 30 minutes.
                          2. 90 Days of Action Day 5, Level III.
                          3. 104 push-ups.

Shenanigans: Walking outside is usually preferable. However, walking on the treadmill at a fast pace sometimes helps me adjust my thinking, even though it may only be for the 30 minutes I am walking.

                            1. 90 Days of Action Day 6 (200 leg raises, done in sets of 40).
                            2. 9Round.
                            3. 4.1 mile walk outside, 1 hour 10 minutes.
                            4. 66 push-ups.

Shenanigans: 9Round was packed today. I felt claustrophobic. I don't regret going though...punching and kicking feels good and it gets me out of my head for 30 minutes. I think I've made some progress. The first time I attempted 90 Days of Action, 200 leg raises was really hard. Today, it was a piece of cake. I was going to do Day 7 but I feel like I could be coming down with something. So, reading and am early bed-time are in order.

Shenanigans: Intervals didn't go as well as last week. I started Day 7 of Action but the I had issues with the timer I was using and quit after 2 sets. Let's just say I am short on patience these days. I will re-do Day 7 with a different time today (Wednesday).
