              ~ my left shoulder was starting to bother me a little,round about the 4th set of Boxer Speed, which was quite annoying to be honest, since I was just about getting into a decent rhythm with it.
              Still, managed to grind through all 7 sets in the end.

                    The last few days, I opted to do hollow holds, instead of boat poses too.

                      I did it too but it is a challenge that I found interesting, fast and demanding

                          ~ another Spartan virtual race in the bag.
                          My brother-in-law served as a pace runner for me. Since he didn't feel like doing the 'obstacles', so while I did them, he took a rest, and then joined back with the running again.
                          Having to try and keep up with him definitely helped shave off the time,but having to maintain such a hasty pace,had me quite knackered at the end of it.

                            and felt like I had very little strength during the workout, so had to pep talk myself through it.
                            But managed to get through it, in the end.

                            Perhaps earlier to bed, tonight, might help.
