              Felt pretty crappy as the day progressed yesterday, and it continued when I got out of bed, this morning.

                    I took the proper supplements as soon as I could, and focusing on getting in proper sleep.

                    Already feeling a little better, still not 100% though, but we're getting there.

                                ~ My legs progressively started to hurt and stiffen up, as the day went on yesterday, and woke up with it, this morning too.
                                Especially my hamstring. ouchies. And then Military Fit, had to bring on some running and jumping!!
