          4 minute warm up
          - Double unders x20
          - Beam pull-ups x5
          - Dips x10
          - Push-ups x10

          Strength:
          - Deadlift 5x5
          - Barbell Rows 4x12
          - Dumbbell Shrugs 4x12
          - Hammer curls 4x12

          Conditioning:
          3 rounds
          - Plank up-downs x20
          - Climbers x15
          - Jump squats x10
          - Clapping push-ups x5

          Bar:
          - Chest to bar pull-ups x10

          Battleground:
          - 1000

          Didn’t feel too dialed in today.
          Training session was quite a struggle to get through, but suppose it happens when one is weak of mind as well.

            Nothing weak of mind about it - I'd hardly call feeling low and still pushing yourself through the session 'weak', in fact I'm quite sure it's just the opposite

              Thanks Lyra_H_W . I suppose you have a point, since quitting would've have been the weak minded option...

              - Didn't really feel up for the running later in the day, since I'd been battling a splitting headache for most of the afternoon, but sure enough, after the run; the headache was gone.

                  - Lunges x10 per leg
                  - Turning kicks x5 per leg

                  - Toes-to-bar x10

                      haha, yeah, if that was one day's worth of training, I reckon I might have needed someone to scrape me up off of the floor.

                            Yeah, that starts after work today. Quite looking forward to it
                            Did my HIIT workout this morning after Burpees, but had to drop down to 30 Burpees to be able to fit it all in before 6am

                                Yeah kinda - did 2 sets of 15 this morning. Quick 30/40 sec rest between. I was doing 50 - 5x10 - every morning but just that extra few minutes set out is crucial. I am not a fast burpee-er :/
