                And with that, my stint with both 30 Days of Gravity and the Jump Rope Challenge comes to and end
                Have to say, this was a really enjoyable program, and the gains are definitely there!
                Just those leg days that sometimes felt like they took forever though!

                      Thanks mogster , twinkletoes , yeah I am quite surprised, but also quite chuffed with the 71 push-ups in one go, that this program helped me attain! Thinking of continuing the process to hunt down the elusive 100!
