        seems the strength is returning ever so slightly...still, just have to keep showing up eh? eventhough, some days it really sucks...

            The abs part, no problem, the pull-up part-- a different story altogether. Needless to say, I have a long way to go.
            But yea, it's just something I need to work on and and I look forward to get better at pull-ups..! Practice, practice! ..a plan of action is in order.

                      but yeah, one has to keep ascending!

                      I was actually going through a stint of strength loss, with the pull-ups and chin-ups, but seems like that's swung around to a strength gains direction now

                          30 Days of Strength and Cardio & Abs Challenge =

                          I have to be honest, 30 days of Strength was challenging, especially those leg days! The rest of the time, it was actually quite alright. The Cardio & Abs Challenge add-on definitely added that extra bit of load to make a really decent all round rocker! Leaving me like after every session!
