        Seems like the offish day* did your Chin-ups some good though!

        * What are you even talking about? Doing "just" one program day instead of three isn't offish, especially not if it's the legendary FC Power Day 15.

                            Okay, since I only have this week left before we go on a road trip across the border, I figured I'd try something a little different.

                            Would've liked to do Hell Week, but since that only finishes over the weekend, and by then I will probably not have any connection until later next week, it will have to be put on the back burner for later.

                            In the mean time, I was surfing around , and found something quite interesting.

                            Thus for the next 5 days: SUPER STATE TRAINING

                            it's pretty much just an altered version of this

                            Thus my altered version being:

                            3 sets of :
                            - One Arm Push-ups until failure
                            - Handstands until failure
                            - V-ups until failure
                            - Push-ups until failure
                            - Sit-ups until failure
                            I dub this Power Game.

                            Followed by basic combat work and then combat training inspired by one of the characters.
                            thus:

                            - 3 rounds of 2 minutes, shadow boxing
