    ~ the cold spell continues. Seems it's actually a nation wide thing here.
    Our local mountain range is now snow capped, which is a novelty, here way down south.

      ~ time to get get things ready for the next phase of training.
      Reckon my strength work can be bumped up and streamlined a little better.
      Ought to start getting back to katana work again, this week too.

        ~ and with that Vitality comes to an end.
        Its really a good program to do, when coming back from illness.
        Pretty much touches on all the bases.

                            ~ figured I'd start adding in side lunges too, since I feel like I might be neglecting my inner thighs a bit.
                            Make sure to tackle that weakness, before moving to unilateral movements again.
