Have you tried coconut flour at all? That has some sweetness to it so you can go w even less sweetner.
we always have a small amount in our storeroom!
As we first tried it - a few years ago - I have to confess that it definitely wasn´t my cup of tea! But after some "experiments" and some time, I developed a liking to it! And sometimes I use it in combination with other flour as well - I can recommend it! i.e. when the dough you are making need some more flour because it is too wet - coconut-flour is always my savior - because it absorbs quite good! but also quite good in normal combination (half / half) or alone too!
Nightg0ddess has a delicious recipe in her check-in - perhaps you want to take a closer look as well! it is really delicious!
- Pusher Club - week 7 - day 5 - 80 / 112 (today: 16 regular-push-ups)
- 2 hours hiking with a full backpack
- 3 hours buying some new hiking shoes
Consecutive Days of Exercise: 102 / 150
Today was heavy! The last "workout exercise" was the most intense exercise I´ve ever did! Just to clarify things why it was so intense and demanding: "I. HATE. SHOPPING. ESPECIALLY. BUYING. SOME. NEW. SHOES." it was even more intense then the Atomic Workout by xingyiquan
Something like that is definitely worse then a whole day of working-out ... at least for me ...
my current physical state:
but onthe other hand - my current feelings because I have - finally - some awesome new boots:
Tomorrow I will wear in the new boots on a local tour. We will visit "the Glauberg" - they got an archaelogical park and a museum and a research centre about the Celts. And we will combine this visit with a little hiking tour.
If someone is interested in the Glauberg - here is the link in english: lnk
On sunday we are planning to go to the "Hessenpark" - you can describe it as an historical park. If someone is interested, here is the english link: lnk
Apart from that: just a normal weekend with lots of working out
The weather should be very sunny indeed well, at least my wife likes it - for my personal taste it could be colder - much, much colder
