                      Not every workout is very "demanding". For example yesterday it was mostly stretching and some holding exercise. But I also have days where I only do walking, and normal stuff like breathing and meditation and no Darebee workout at all. Life happens, energy drains, etc. But overall, I really like routines and habits. Another thing that makes consistency, and therefore keeping on track easy for me. The Hive also helps me keep on trak. I hope I understood your question correctly, if not, please let me know.

                      Regarding the cold shower: Difficult question. Really. I asked myself that a lot too.
                      Some things I noticed:

                      -I am more awake when doing them.
                      -I am more focused too, at least I have the fealing.
                      -My mood rises.
                      -My stress level reduces.
                      -Never had any problems with the cold, but since I started cold showers, I have the feeling I can cope with the cold even better.
                      -My ill-days are sinking.
                      -My skin is better.
                      - etc.

                      I hope that helps as answer?

                      Don´t get me wrong, I still doing both, hot and cold shower, because I like them both. But I will not miss my cold shower anymore. And, yeah, not every day is easy to go cold, but I see it as a good challenge, and it is also good for mind over body if you get my drift.

                            Yes, Gelatine. But I was not that happy with the result of the gelatine. I think you should take more then it is stated in the recipe. For example the cream was very soft, almost too soft to cut, I had to freeze the whole cake at one point. The taste is really awesome, and I glady share the recipe, but I will adapt it somehow in the future. And I definitely will make it again.
                            The strawberries started floating when I poured the gelatine atop of them. Therefore I took them out again and cut them in quarters. Through this they stayed in place. Perhaps you have an idea to stop them from floating? For me it was not possible to pin them down in the cake layer. I hope you know what I mean.
