    yes „ Apple Pockets / Bags“, in Germany we call them „Apfeltaschen“ (Apfel (apple) + Taschen (pockets) - we like to combine words, that´s an easy one, though). You know what, still some leftovers, and the pictures will be here for eternity ...

              "only" 16... that's a good one...

              Are you doing Pullups regularly? Cause in my experience, 20 are only "a matter of time" if you add consistent training...

                HellYeah Through my „Darebee Workout Challenge“ I mostly have no energy left afterwards, because, well, after 3,4,5,6 workouts, it is enough Today was mostly legs, therefore I gave it another try with the pull-ups. So, it is more a „ok, today it fits thing“ if you get my drift. Perhaps once a week, sometimes at work at the doors in the morning hours when the office is mine and nobody is around looking, at least I hope nobody looks ...

                What approach would you recommend on reaching the 20?

                  I guess there are a lot of ways. I reached my 20 back in 2018 with the pattern of 50PullUps.com. I like the "wave approach" and doing intense sets every other day works better for me than moderate work every day. In the end it is the consistency that pays of, but who am I telling this... 😉

                            Do pullups first... directly after a short warm-up... there is a intense one on the site I posted, but the second half of it is enough to keep your shoulders and elbows safe...
