    Today was a great morning, all white outside because of the dew. After my breathing and yoga exercises, followed by a nice cold shower, I went out on the balcony for 5min of meditation, great way to start the day. Now: Tea. Earl Grey. Hot. Wish you all a great sunday.

    And of course I celebrated with a warm shower - because I love both, and both are great in theri own way. But never "only warm" anymore for theLibrarian. Either cold, or a combination of both, thats the key for me and worked out quite nicely so far.


    To answer the question about the WimHofMethod: it´s a combination of cold exposure, breathing and a lot of commitment. You also do yoga and stretching and meditation exercises on your way. The Method was also the thing why I started cold showers in the first place. I stumbled over it through a difficult time last year. And now I want to do the online course and get some more informations on the way and go deeper into the topic. And because I neglected my exercises in the past, I hope that logging it here will also help me with the pillar of commitment.

    Apart from that: I also am not quite sure what program I should do, or repeat again. Will take a closer look on that matter to. Perhaps tomorrow I know more ... eventually another round of Ironborn, not sure yet, questions, questions, perhaps I need to roll a dice ...

          My wife ist still ill, therefore we had a nice chicken-broth today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

                          PetiteSheWolf well, it seems I should have waited a few hours more with my post, the feeling I had that it got better, was some kind of lie by my body. In the night it got worse again. Today I went to my doctor, with the result, that I am on sick leave till friday.
