xingyiquan Zastria PetiteSheWolf Mamatigerj twinkletoes Louve rose Maegaranthelas crossthebreeze Cabriel val.lavigne86 everybody - we had indeed a great time in London

Cabriel regarding the tooth: you can gladly have him ... please ... I mean it, take it ...

Zastria sorry that I couldn´t answer earlier - it is not an easy task to type longer text on the phone. Yes, we had a plan for places we wanted to visit. I hope I can recount most of them. We´ve been to: Heathrow Airport now joke aside, here comes the real list:

Broadway-Market (my mouth is still watering when I think about the awesome food we ate there), Harry Potter Studios, Platform 9 3/4, London Bridge Experience (This was definitely one of my favourites - I really laughed my socks off ... ok, my wife cried instead ), Tower Bridge Experience (amazing, especially the glass floor - but we won against our fear of heights), Shakespear´s Globe Theatre (I love Shakespeare - nothing else to add - great experience which I will never forget - especially the guided tour), Cutty Sark (for a tea-lover I had to see the last tea-clipper ), Greenwich Observatory, Kensington Palace, Household Guards Cavalry Museum (we took some funny pictures in there uniform - but I won´t tell more ), Greenwich Maritime Museum, Banqueting House, Hyde Park & WinterWonderLand, St. Pauls Cathedral (one of my all time favourites so far - and another victory over our fear of heights), Westminster Abbey, Borough Market (another great place for food and street food), Tower of London (I could imagine to live there ), Churchill´s Warrooms (OMG - history to grab - amazing visit), etc. And an overall sightseeing through London by foot to take a closer look on other places of interest from the outside, I don´t name all of them now We had always a full day - and still some things left for a possible next visit.

And the best of our day tours came at the end of the day! My wife and I found a really beautiful japanese-tea-house which we visited in the evening ours (almost every day) to relax and to call it a day. If you are in Islington - take a visit to Katsute100 - you will not regret it.

So bees - I am back - and sorry, that I could not always post, write back or like some stuff - it is not an easy task on a phone - but I did all I can - glad to be back - tomorrow I start again with my training. I almost did nothing during our stay in London - apart from earning myself a "strawberry-cake" for the christmas tree.

I missed my iron-bar and our attic - it was a nice working out session - I liked it. Workout was a superset with 1 min rest bewteen sets.

Two Blisters on my left hand - and One bruised thumb on my right hand. But apart from that: Awesome Training. We were more then usual, therefore we switched our training-partner more often, this made the exercises more challenging, because of the different types of people and of the different types of their training-level.

Nothing else to add, except that I have a long weekend - work only calls on next Tuesday again
