              TheLibrarian , what is the black ball on top of ice cream in part III ?

              In part VIII, was it real matcha ? The matcha is so expensive, that's a lot of it !

                Louve rose after dinner? Damn, i was too late posting

                on top of the ice is a blueberry.

                the other part: it was a mixture of matcha and sugar. And not the expensive matcha - there are different levels - i think this one was a matcha you use for cooking, not for drinking.

                i lovee matcha - *thelibrarian goes now into the kitchen and prepares a matcha*

                    AtomicKnight - week 2 - Pull+Squat

                    Comments:

                    Pull-Ups 11 sets (3,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2) and Squats 11 sets (16,15,15,15,15,15,15,15,15,15,15).

                    My day started with: cutting into my finger - not the best way to start the day, right? But fortunately not so deep that I could eat blackpudding.
                    After that: we went for a short walk.
                    Then I did the AtomicKnight pull and squat day! I felt a bit weak today, didn´t get es high as I liked when I did the pull-ups, but hey, there will be another day, right?
                    Then we spent some time in the kitchen - food-porn.
                    In the Afternoon I went to the cinema with a friend: we watched "IT" - I liked it.

                    Now - evening-program.

                    Till tomorrow bees.

                      High volume has at first this effect.... It is draining on the body overall. You need lots of food and rest to compensate for the energy that goes out. Sooner or later though the body adapts and progress comes back

                        AtomicKnight - week 2 - Bridge+Kettlebell

                        I enjoyed todays training-session. Bridges were good. And I worked on my kettlebell-swing-posture. Because of that, the swings felt right today, I think I have the hang of it the TGU as finisher was real fun. I can highly recommend this exercise - I really liked it. My left side still needs a bit training, but thats good. In historical-fencing-class I also have to work on the left side from time to time - well, you still have to continue fighting when the right arm is missing, right? Therefore I was really happy to see some improvements at least on the left side. A very good and demanding workout routine.

                        So we have in total for today:

                        11 sets bridges (11,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10) with a count of 3 in the holding-position
                        11 sets of kettlebell-swings (11,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10)
                        10 TGU - divided in 5 per side - I used again my dumbbells because of the previous mentioned circumstance

                          It can be super fun to practice something with your off-hand. I did a short stint of badminton when I was little, and recently decided to try playing back-yard badminton with alternating hands. It was a fun challenge, and I really got the hang of it after a while

                                Historical-Fencing-Class: "Ringen"

                                Yesterday was another historical fencing class. I did again a wrestling-session with my trainings-mate. How best to summarize yesterdays session? in one word? right, ok: "OUCH"
                                It was a lot of fun - and time flows by - but today all hurts and I have a lot of bruises on the arms and my breast - don´t worry, the other guys as well But therefore: "Ouch"

                                Yesterday another guy participated in the wrestling session as well - and this was good - because he could show us a lot of things we are doing wrong. In the end: he "played" and we "suffered" - but we will get our revenge ... someday - we have sworn an oath

                                I also have a lot to write down in my fencing-diary - amazing, and a lot to learn ... and a lot stuff to remember not to do the next time! But the good thing about defeat and failing is, you will get better in the end.

                                but for now it is recovery time. My trainings-mate and I planned that we train 2 weeks with the longsword, and then 2 weeks wrestling. The two weeks wrestling or now sadly over, next week is again the longsword-session. But I am still looking forward to the upcoming wrestling time - I really enjoyed it. I think this sounds weird, right? I pay to get hurt and I like it.
                                Nonetheless - next wednesday another part that makes a lot of fun! "Langschwert"

                                I am not sure about todays training session ... I have to see how my arms feel in the afternoon, if not, there will be another rest day I think ... it is really a lot of demanding stuff atm. but I will keep you posted later on ... lets see what the afternoon brings.
