I was late to gym today. We had to make a German identity (or Austrian, in my case) and create a whole new life for it. Today's task was describing our work (what we have to do, what we like about it etc). Let's just say that it was so interesting that I created it for four hours and didn't notice time flying by. So when I finally went to the gym, it was quite late, there were already quite many people and the place where I thought I could work out was going to be occupied by group training too soon for me to start Avatar Upgrade. So I only did pull ups there, went back to my apartment and did the rest there. And I actually managed to do it on lvl. 3! Again, the first two sets I thought I was gonna die. But then my body got used to it and it wasn't even that badBy the way, is 30+something jump squats per minute a good number or should it be better in this case?

Switched the days for Total Abs because I didn't want to use my arms much this day. Pull ups to max are the next day and seven sets of planks is not a good idea before that. I got to ride my brother's dirt bike againso much fun. I felt it in my upper body afterwards

My body was weird today and didn't want to cooperate at all. Pull ups were weirdly hard and the plank day of Total Abs was pure hell. Even accordion push ups were nightmareish. They reminded me power push ups, so I'm not that surprised that I couldn't push much. I was a bit disappointed, yes, but oh well. I have a theory why this might be so. Yesterday's dirt biking might be the cause. We'll see what next week brings.

TURKEY RUN EVENT:
I Stage: 14 turkeys caught! [14x(20 high knees + 2 burpees) in 3 minutes]
II Stage: 7 turkeys caught [7x(10 high knees + 1 burpee)]
III Stage: 10 turkeys caught (defeated the boss turkey with 10 burpees in one go)
Turkeys caught: 31

So... it was time to chase some turkeys!It was such a fun event to do and I was quite happy with how many I caught in the first stage. It was harder than I expected it to be. My favourite picture in the second stage was the turkey with the caption "Gobble Gobble". I don't know why but it was so funny

So as you can read I drove my friend nuts with gobbling all the time and especially during the time when she chased the turkeys. I'm sorry (not that much).
I managed to do a quite decent pull up workout for a change. Because of me raising the number of pull ups in a set the whole pull up count has decreased, but I'm not that sad because it feels more intense than the 400 one. And when I looked at what I had planned for today in Avatar Upgrade, then at first I was likeand then when I had to do it I was like
. Also, what was I thinking when I decided to put 15 minutes of plank on a pull up fest day..... So yeah. Through pain and cursing I got through the five sets.
Also, I've fallen a bit ill. Nothing very major, I will continue working out but it definitely already has its grip on me and brings me a bit down.
On a lighter note, I finished Ninja Challenge! Almost fully on Brutal, there was that one day when I had to do it on Hard. Both sad and glad that it's done

I was feeling quite weak up until I started doing Avatar Upgrade. First two sets were quite hellish, but after that my body started to get used to it and even like itI didn't go quite to failure with my push ups though, but I got a nice round number together in the end :3 I took on three new light challenges as you can see. They should keep my overall form but they aren't hard enough so they shouldn't overwork me with Avatar Upgrade and pull ups.
Interestingly enough, training (even heavy) helps to ease the symptoms.
Oh, and I skipped pull ups today because in order to do them I would have had to go to the gym or do them outside and I didn't want to risk getting more sick.
