      Consecutive Days of Exercising: 21/60

Yeah, I know, it's not much, but I'm gonna count today's work as working out, too, because I had to lift kind of heavy things for 4 or more hours. I'm actually amazed how much I've developed. A year ago lifting such weight was putting my whole strength to this. Today, it was kind of medium. It still exhausted me though and I had a long day anyway, so no special working out for me. I guess a double programs day is coming again soon.

      See ya!

Again, left it for the night. But I didn't mind today. It was easy enough. I'll try to do the sprints tomorrow. Something is wrong with the base of my right hands thumb. It seems a bit bigger (swelled up) and thicker, too. It hurts in a dangerous way, the way I know that if I push it, I will regret it for months. I can't even raise an empty glass without feeling something there. It didn't exactly hurt when doing pull ups, but my forearms were really sore today from yesterdays work. So I left it with the minimum. I discovered that watching vines helps me to hold plank better.

        See ya!

I think that at one point I'm gonna measure my sprints so that I can calculate my speed because I feel very very slow. I did the plank. I did the plank. Next time it's 4 minutes. I couldn't feel my shoulders afterwards, or use them. But I did it. Double days with the programs. At least one more double day and I'll finish Foundation with August.

          See ya!

            Consequtive Days of Exercising: 24/60

            ---

I kind of hate myself for skipping working out (the way I'm supposed to) that often. Tomorrow I have to get up early to complete one stage for getting my drivers licence. And because I've had problems with continuing it and the person giving me the drive isn't known for his friendly and good teaching, I am really not looking forward to it. At one point or another I have even considered giving up and taking that thing up when I feel like it. Today was a busy day and the times were set just so I couldn't exactly work out well.

Complete lack of motivation. I felt like I've forgotten how to run. I couldn't even make myself continue. I thought I could start practising parkour, at least climb some trees, but no. It started raining. I think I got tired from doing programs. Too dry.

By the way. Since I was a lazy thing today and I've scheduled watching a horror movie (Annabelle) at 2 AM then I have a request for you. Make up exercises to do when something certain happens.

                For example -
Characters do something stupid = 2 burpees
The doll has moved = 6 army crawls
I turn down the volume = 15 seconds handstand hold (against the wall)
                etc.

Have fun with that! And thanks!

Nefisa Thanks! An exercise I've never seen before!

                      You're welcome.
I hope you enjoyed the movie (I've been mening to watch it for a while but never found the right time so far.
And for the move :-, it is used quite a few times in Age of Pandora and I always associate blood in horror movies with the lawnmower scene in braindead.

Be warned : Do not Watch if you don't like blood, flying limbs, bad gory humour or if you are currently having any kind of food with red sauce or meat lumps in it.

Nefisa The movie was quite enjoyable! Working out lowered some tension so in order to get spooked you shouldn't work out as well. Definitely watch it at night if you can! I don't know why but that scene was so funny to watch

Okay. So movietime is over. Here's the list of things I did.

                          1) Characters do something stupid = 2 burpees; 12 times = 24 burpees
                          2) The doll has moved = 6 army crawls; 9 times = 54 army crawls
                          3) I turn down the volume = 15 seconds hand stand; 0 times
                          4) There's blood in the scene = 6 lawnmowers; 4 times = 24 lawnmowers
                          5) I start to doze of = 10 jumping jacks; 0 times
                          6) I get scared = 10 half jacks; 0 times
                          7) Slow and creepy scenes = plank/wall sit; 20 seconds plank
                          8) I guess what happens next = 10 flutter kicks; 0 times
                          9) Creepy figure in the background = 5 squats; 11 times = 55 squats
                          10) Unseen forces at work = 5 dricep dips; 14 times = 70 dricep dips
                          11) Creepy stuff = 10 jumping jacks; 10 times = 100 jumping jacks

                          ---

To be honest, I expected it to be more intense. There were quite a few moments, especially in the beginning when I thought "why would you do that?". For example: Why would you collect old creepy dolls and place them in your child's room. or Why would you keep the doll in your new home when you threw it away and it magically appeared in one of your boxes and you know something's not right with it and again, PLACE IT WHERE YOU CHILD SLEEPS?!
At some points I got creeped out, but not really scared. So no half jacks for me. I'm not gonna spoil the movie anymore for people who want to watch it. For better experience, don't work out at the same time

It's great that you decided to do only 2 burpees at a time.

A good way to working out and stay motivated. I don't know if you paused the movie those all 56 times!!

Nielsen Acutally I wish I'd made it 3 or 4 burpees instead of 2. It was quite fun!

Cabriel It is a good way to work out and stay motivated. As said above, the programs got too dry. I always like to learn and develop playfully and I think I'll repeat that "movie working out" sometimes soon. This refreshed me and I think I'm ready to get back at them I didn't pause the movie. I did it while watching it and if the scene was too packed with different things and needed concentrating then I just counted the stuff I needed to do and did them when things calmed down a bit.
