    I'm lacking a bit of motivation at the moment... especially for all that cardio stuff that is starting to get hard work... But I can't give up now, halfway through, right? Although: I now know, why I prefer 30 day programs. I would be done with one of these instead of "only" halfway through!

              No workout since Thursday. But I drove home to visit my family and my sister. I did a lot of babysitting with my super-cute little nephew (nearly 2 months old) and then helped my sister. They've bought a house and there's a lot of work to do before they can move in. So, in the end, I was sitting in my parents living room in front of the TV on Saturday evening and I was really sore...

              Yesterday was a public holiday, spent with a lot of reading in the sunshine... And today, everything is back to normal (working from home).

                            No workouts on the weekend, but instead we helped my sister and her husband with their new house - lots of renovation works still to be done before they can move in in two weeks! So a lot of boxes and furniture coming up in my workout plan in 1.5 weeks...
