Thank you, Colin, sleep_twitch and Mamatigerj! The wrist feels a lot better again, but I managed to "kill" my arm while sleeping - all dead weight followed by pins and needles when I woke up.So yes, Colin, unfortunately I know exactly what you mean...
Tuesday, 5th November:
Touch Your Toes, Day 22
Back & Core, Day 29 (Core Control)
Knee Push-Up Challenge, Day 20 (40 s hold)
DD (40 Pulse Ups)
And as my wrist felt better, I forced myself to do Day 29 of Back & Core... I swapped out the straight arm planks for ellbow planks and everything worked out fine. Well, except for my hate for planks...But it's done and there's only one day left until I hopefully can celebrate another badge.

Touch Your Toes Challenge, Day 23
Back & Core, Day 30 (Balance) - BADGE DAY!
Knee Push-Up Challenge, Day 21 (3x 10)
After two months, I've finally finished Back & Core!Well, better finishing it late than never like last time I started doing it, right?
The knee push-up challenge gets really challenging in the last third, again... Yes, I can do one set of 10 knee push-ups. Yes, I can more or less get through the second set, although it's a struggle. But the third set? Oh well... it was a real struggle from the fifth push-up onwards.
Now I "only" need to decide on which program comes next...
After a first look, the choice needs to be made between Cardio Go!, Totals and 30 Days of Cardio Blast... I don't like cardio, but on the other hand, I definitely should do more of it... So one of the cardio programs? Hmmm....

I'm already nearly decided on the next program...Probably 30 Days of Cardio Blast.
But today, I decided to go for something different:
Thursday, 7th November:
Touch Your Toes Challenge, Day 24
Darebee Fitness Test: 9 Push-ups, 14 Sit-ups, 18 basic burpees - Level 1
Knee Push-Up Challenge, Day 22 (45 s hold)
DD w/ EC (2 min Arm Extensions)
Decided to do a little benchmark for myself. We'll see if I can improve my fitness during the next program! I have to admit, I'm quite proud of those 9 regular(!) push-ups in a minute. Especially as at least the first 5 were "flowing" and with good form. So, at least a little bit of progress!?

I had a good weekend, quite productive - researching for my master's thesis. I start to warm up to my given topic...
Other than that, not a lot did happen. My left wrist still isn't totally happy and this night, I slept bad, woke up often, always with my arms asleep and with a really stiff neck this morning. That's so annoying! Oh well...

I hate cardio.... and I hate those push-ups... everything#s so hard...But it's fine, I still did everything and it wasn't totally horrible.
