        guys, you're amazing!

        Today I didn't feel too good. Lots of minor pains and aches.
        Heel and Achilles tendon, neck, lower back.

        Done today:

        ~Gladiator W4D3
        -100 Push-Ups +EC (1min rest)

        Nice.
        I tried to do really slow (well, slower than usual) push-ups.

        -Back & Biceps Express

        It took me over 15 minutes to finish. I did reaaaaly slow reps.

        -Upperbody Stretch


        -Arms & Chest Stretch


        -FitTap (5 taps)
        10 overhead punches
        20 staggered push-ups
        60 elbow strikes
        80 punches
        40 side-to-side chops

            That is so fantastic about the smoking - I hope you are feeling the benefit. People who smoke smell pretty, um, smoky.

              Thank you Tsunade rawcookie. Cardio is kinda easier, I can reach higher HR (up to 175) and not die. I wonder how it'll be to go running again as non-smoker...

                I had a really bad day, and I'm feeling kinda crappy.

                Done today:

                ~Gladiator W4D4
                -Dracarys +EC (LVL II, 30sec rest)

                I completely forgot about today's leg day, I thought that today is rest day.
                So I guess 100 jumping squats need to be enough. Honestly, it wasn't hardest exercise of this workout. Because my Achilles tendon (mysterious) pain (from nowhere) I had some problems with calf raises.

                    Hope you're feeling better soon, I-M!

                    Keep going with the smoking. I've been stopped for around 16 months now and I'm still seeing improvements in my health - mental and physical. I've recently noticed that my sense of taste is still getting better - I was always a bit meh about olives, but recently I've really started to love them and found the flavour really intense!

                      I'll have 4months in 5 days. I don't even think about cigars no more. You are awesome, and if I'm right, I think you increased your workout intensity since last time I've checked.

                          -The Scrapper +EC (LVL I)

                          Damn! I could do LVL II.
                          I don't feel perfect but I could do it.
                          Maybe next time...

                            This brings me memories of when I was a newbie. I tried to do it on LVL II and what I got was a knee injury that lasted almost 2 weeks. I'm glad you were able to do it with no problems. Your improvement has been quite great, your workouts are getting intense, try to do some stretching to help relieve that mysterious pain, it helped me.

                              For me, never-do exercise is wall sit. I had injured knee for over a month.

                              I already know where that mysterious pain come from...

                                I did incline push-ups instead wall ones.
                                I still feel rather crappy. I had to force-do this workout.

                                Tomorrow is measurements day. I don't expect any gains, other than fat.
