        Long time, didn't check on you, but now that I did it, I'll send some healing vibes to you

        The temperature change was brutal and it's still pretty shitty, totally not predictable weather, so I definitely don't blame you. I've a cold aswell, so I know what you mean. (Also, sometimes I also have a swollen eyelid over one eye )

            Okay, I'm back after a while (11 days to be exact) my eye is finally okay, I also had a little problem with my wisdom tooth growing. S*** that was painful.

            Done today:
            ~Muscle Factory Upperbody Workout
            Damn, that was hard. I was struggling to finish it.
            Bicep curls were hard.
            I didn't have too much problems with deadlifts.
            Unfortunately I couldn't do 20 pushups in one set so I did 10 and it was still challenging.
            I've expected Renegade rows to be much harder.
            Up and down planks were a killer ending.
            Overall, it was a nice workout for my come back. Good, tough 39 minutes.

            First day of a new streak.

            I've gained a few kilograms (I guess) during my rest. Which is kinda good.
            Hopefully soon (I mean tomorrow) I'll be able to continue Athena's Playbook.

                  Welcome back. It always seems like the first day back is the hardest, but it will only get better from here.

                  It's good to hear that your eye is better, but sorry to hear about the issue with the wisdom tooth.

                      Unfortunately, wisdom tooth doesn't make me wiser.

                      It's second day after my break, and I'm already sore.

                      Done today:

                      It wasn't too hard, but I already feel it.

                        It's shocking how quickly our muscles weaken again, isn't it? But also exciting to know we can build them up again.

                            Redline 7.5kg dumbbells

                            Abs. This is only part of my body that isn't sore, so it was easy decision.

                            Done today:

                            ~Good Morning Abs Workout (LVL I)

                            I really don't like ab workouts. They are painful no matter what.

                            ~Kicks & Punches Challenge Day 3
                            2 x 50 (1min rest)

                            ~Arms and Chest Stretch

                            +some additional bicep stretching
                            I guess it's a little bit too late for stretching.
                            I still can't straighten my arms.

                            I have a plan to do one hardcore (like last one) dumbbell workout per week.
                            I want to force that upperbody to grow.

                                Finally I had to face my archenemy. Burpees and planks.

                                Done today:

                                ~Athena's Playbook Day 24: Cardio (LVL III, 60sec rest)
                                175 basic burpees w/ jump
                                350-count plank hold
                                Damn... That was tough, especially 3 first sets. During 4th set I started to sweat really hard, and legs hurt less. Today I wanted to give up, just finish it on LVL I and never look back at it, but I've already finished 23 days of this program on LVL III and I have only few left.
                                I CAN do it, and I WILL FINISH this program on LVL III.
