          I feel absolutely awful, my wrist is messed up and hurts like hell. I have absolutely no motivation, I’m tired and annoyed all the time.

                          You’re welcome Gandhalfit. This one is my favorite, useful when I’m not in the mood for “workout hunting” Couple taps, couple exercises and workout done.
