                      I want to start rings training again. I kinda have an idea of what I want to do:

                      C,A,X1,B,C,A,X2

                      A PUSH:
                      - Ring Push-Ups
                      - Ring Dips (feet supported)
                      - Ring Pike Push-Ups

                      B LEGS:
                      - Ring Single Leg Squats
                      - Ring Bulgarian Split Squats
                      - Ring Hamstring Curls
                      - Calf Raises

                      C PULL:
                      - Jackknife Pull-Ups
                      - Ring Rows

                      X1 REST / ABS / SKILLWORK?
                      - Darebee Classic Abs Workout
                      - Skillwork?

                      X2 REST / ABS
                      - Darebee Classic Abs Workout

                      + to all days one of Darebee cardio programs

                      I'm aware that it may be way too much for me and after a week or two I'll have to admit defeat.
