30 Days of Gravity Day 19: Upperbody/Build Up [60sec rest]
Pt. I Replaced backfists with 10 (both arms together) (7.5kg per arm) Zottman Curls, chops with dumbbell chops (7.5kg) and added 1.5kg per arm to hold.
