That was absolutely awful. Painful and not fun at all.

Ugh, maybe you are using weights just a little too heavy for your muscles to properly repair ? Looks like you're so often in pain...

It might be that my muscles have difficulties with recovery. I do still work on the farm besides my workouts.

            Done today:

Express Tone Day 15 [1min rest]

1 Minute Plank Challenge Day 15

I kinda stopped enjoying my workouts, they seem a little bit like a chore.
            Maybe it's just my mindset...

            Good night/day bees!

maybe you can change things a bit to make it more fun. If you still want to do the programs, you could lower the number of reps so it's not until fatigue but something you are more comfortable with. You can add yoga or something else that would compliment your farm work. You can choose an RPG based program or you can use a training plan that would be more suitable.
I hope you will continue, even if it's the bare minimum and good luck.

Matan Way to keep going strong! Feeling vs. Persistence. My bet is on "P" to win the game every time.

Combat Light Workout [7 sets, EC, 30sec rest]

I don't feel too good recently, physically and mentally. I'm extremely annoyed all the time, even "smallest things" can make me mad.

I try to keep going, despite that I don't believe that it'll give me any benefits.
I don't feel stronger, I don't feel better. I feel like all that effort is just a waste of time.

                        Good night/day bees!

I've already mentioned it before, I think, and I completely admit I may be wrong because I don't know your exact situation well enough, but feeling tired and cranky all the time and not seeing progress despite exercising consistently can be a sign of overtraining.

Unless I'm mistaken, your daily farm work makes you already more physically active than most people. You've already said you don't think it's too tiring most of the time, but that may also be because you're so used to it you tend to underestimate the toll it takes on your body.

Progress depends on several things, as you know. It may be time to take an honest overall look at your current routine, and ask yourself: do I usually sleep enough? Do I eat properly as a rule? How physically active am I on a daily basis? Do I give my muscles enough time to recover?

If you think you're already doing the right things in this respect, a visit to the doctor, and maybe some blood tests may be in order.

And of course, we're always here for you if you need support and/or advice.

I would also consider the idea of gratifying you, sometimes we need something beautiful that we treat ourselves with joy, in my case 3 kg of tea worked miracles
