            The journey continues...

            Done yesterday:

            Slowly, but surely I'm getting there.

            Done today:

            Push-Ups 13-11-10-10-8 (90sec rest)
            It's not too many reps yet, but it's getting really tough.

            Combat HIIT Day 14: Practice (LVL III, 60sec rest)
            Oh my!
            Famous "sneaky mid program super tough workout" (I should expect that).
            It was extremely exhausting, but also surprisingly enjoyable (that feeling when your HR match the tempo of your music). If I survived this without dying (max HR 175), I'll survive almost anything.

                  It's getting better, I just need to be patient because it'll be a long process.

                  Combat HIIT Day 15: Power HIIT (LVL III, 60sec rest)
                  I was expecting nice and restorative workout today. It was harder than I initially thought, but nice and restorative anyway.

                  It was pretty nice day today. Good weather (spring, at last) and I did good piece of work on the farm, all finished with a workout.
                  What more could you want...

                        when i have an exercise that isn't my favorite or that i'm struggling with, i will say to myself, "I can do anything once." sometimes i end up saying it 10 times in a row but i wanted you to know that you are not alone in the I just gotta get thru THIS! in this moment. i think we all need that once in a while when life gets very life-ish.
