          Thank you all

          Today I woke up with only little pain in shoulder. I guess that Rotator Cuff Workout works, and also the weather has changed (it's full winter right now). This pain highly depends on weather (hurt more when is wet and cold).

          Done today:

          -DD 60 Seconds Basic Burpees With a Jump + EC
          Nice one, I've managed 22 reps which is (I guess) not that bad.

          -90 Days of Action Day 9: Circuit (LVL III)
          Nice light workout. Perfect for my actual condition.

          -Posture Challenge Day 28

          -WQ Vertigo (300 scissors)

          ​​​​​​​I hope that in next few days I'll be full health again.

            (it's full winter right now)

            Damn, I wish I could say that. I haven't had the feeling of full winter anymore since a few years. We barely get a few days with a temperature below -5°C and I haven't seen snow for two years. We normally get at least a few snowy days each year but the last few years the average temperature is way too high, global warming is real guys...
            But I hope that your shoulder will get better soon.

              Awful day (but luckily not because of pain).
              It was cold and windy.

              Done today:

              -DD 20 L-Sit Ups + EC
              It was surprisingly easy.

              -90 Days of Action Day 10: Coordination
              1/9 of program done.
              Nice workout. Not too long, not too short. It was quite challenging to keep it smooth

              -Posture Challenge Day 29

              -WQ Vertigo (500 reps)

              Again I did Rotator Cuff Workout. My shoulder is getting better. Right now doesn't hurt at all.

              Hope tomorrow will be a better day.

                -90 Days of Action Day 11: Cardio (lvl III)
                I didn't wanted to do it, but it went surprisingly well.

                -Posture Challenge Day 30

                -WQ Vertigo (200 reps)

                So, tomorrow I'm starting Advent Challenge

                      I didn't sleep well last night, my shoulder hurt so much that i fall asleep about 2:00.

                      Done today:

                      -DD 2 Minutes Raised Leg Elbow Plank + EC
                      It was extremely hard and painful.

                      -Micro HIIT Challenge Day 1
                      As always first day of challenge is ridiculously easy.

                      -Fitness Advent Calendar Day 1
                      Nice idea, I really like it.

                      As you see i didn't do my program today. I need to rest my shoulder as much as possible.

                                This wasn't the best idea. I've put too much pressure on my shoulder, but luckily it doesn't hurt.
