        I had the same problem with my lettuces and flax straw works very well. You need to put it when the plants are young. Slugs and snails hate it because the straw form a spikes barrier around the plant and they have troubles crawling on it. It will also help to retain moisture.

          I thought that'll be easy, and it was (sort of).
          Really short workout, but last set was quite challenging. I still have very weak abs.

          -WQ The Climb (160 jumping lunges)
          Wow! I didn't know that I can do that amount of jumping lunges without injuring my knees.

          Tomorrow I'll have a lot of work on farm. Weather improved, so I need to catch up.

            We should ask Neila and the team to design a gardening/slug-vanquishing workout - bending down, digging, harvesting, wheel barrowing compost around!

            Or invent a new martial art based on the thrush - Thrushjitsu or something.

                Well, to be honest I didn't work on farm too much today.

                Done today:

                -DD 30 Plank Walk-Outs + EC
                That was really tough, and unfortunately my wrists hurt after that pretty bad for a couple of hours.

                -90 Days of Action Day 4: Circuit (lvl III 30sec rest)
                That reminded me good old Foundation program, but it was way easier. That shows me how much progress i made from January. Then it wouldn't be possible to do this on level III, now I had to keep my arms up all the time to raise difficulty.

                -Posture Challenge Day 23

                And, of course, WQ. 120 jumping lunges.

                Tomorrow is vegetables delivery day. So I should go to bed earlier (before midnight).

                      I had really weird dream, and it annoy me whole day.

                      Done today:

                      Nice and easy.

                      200 side leg raises, done in one go.
                      At first glance it looked easier.

                      No WQ today, I need to rest my legs.

                      My shoulder hurt a little.
                      I hate my rheumatism, or whatever it is.

                        Fun one. Something like modified squats.

                        Why nobody told me that it'll be that hard.
                        For the first time ever I had to lie on the floor and rest for a few minutes after main workout.
                        But anyway I'm proud of myself that I've menaged 15 sets.

                        I'm afraid that we will not make it.

                          HIIT can really push you to the limit. When I did 30 Days Of HIIT Advanced there was few times where I could have sleep right after my workout. It means that you did great, good job!

                            Today a shoulder pain woke me up.
                            Whole day I've tried to fight it.
