Do you have a chance to see a physical therapist, or Dr or other expert, I-Matanjah?

Good wishes for more recovery, and take it easy in the meantime. x

        PetiteSheWolf Thank you.

Colin Maybe I don't want to do so, but thank you anyway.

a woman by the name of Louise Hay believes that we can have physical symptoms as outlets for life trauma. she believes that joint pain can be a resistance to change. is there something in your life that is changing and you don't want it to? or something that needs to change that isn't changing? this may not resonate for you and if it doesn't, then this isn't part of your answer. it might still be worth a thought or two.

daejamurrachan That's fascinating, thank you. Did you know that she cured herself from cancer, using power of the mind.
I experienced mind power myself, I quit smoking after 13 years, and it was super easy like throwing litter to trash bin. I don't smoke for 7 months and 19 days already and that is no chance that I'll start again.

And yes, there's someone who need to change...

              Done today:

              Pull-Ups 5-1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2
That's 20 reps already. I enjoyed this one, it was good.

              Walker Workout
I think I would be able to do my leg work. Knee still hurts a little, but not during squats. I decided to not to push too hard for a couple of days, I BELIEVE that my leg soon be perfectly fine.

              Good night/day bees.

                Done today:

                Push-Ups 11-10-9-8-6

                Leg Raises 10-9-8-7-6

Yesterday I did nothing, because I came home at 8 pm, and I was quite tired.
After work I was chilling and watching Goodwood Festival of Speed livestream on YouTube.

                Good night/day bees!

For tired days = take whatever was due and do 3 sets with the following reps 5 3 2 in 10minutes you should be done for 2 exercices... no more bad feelings for a missed workout

Thanks for the idea xingyiquan. It's definitely better than nothing.

                      Squats 8-7-6-5-5
I did half of my squats because, although my knee doesn't hurt anymore I still don't want to put too much load on it.
                      It's better than nothing. Right?

                      Good night/day bees!

Lowering your squat number to provide a tad more time for your knee to heal makes perfect sense, take good care of yourself!

Luckily my leg doesn't hurt anymore

I did some stretching afterwards. I need to do this more often. I think that all of those my pains are caused by muscle stiffness.

                            Good night/day bees!

I feel you here! I found out, that many exercises are much harder, if you have to work against your own muscles. For example: SitUps/Crunches against a stiff back, not funny.

Which is why getting more flexible is also a way to get stronger. Overly tight or stiff muscles just get in the way.
