The simple cure is to get some rest, Matan. Red Rain was a particularly demanding workout - if you add your usual physical activity, no wonder you're tired indeed.

Hard and challenging one. 3 sets because I noticed that on 3rd set my form was pretty sloppy. I enjoyed V-ups it's challenging but also very effective exercise, I didn't liked Up and Down Planks (it was a bit too much for my shoulders).

Maybe I would finish one or two sets without puking or fainting.

I tried to twist my wrists outside during bicep curls. It worked pretty well moving the tension more towards biceps (and my elbows don't hurt).
As always I was focusing more on eccentric portion of the exercise.

It was kinda weird. Combos with kicks were OK, but squat>push-up>v-up was something, well, unusual.
Overall it was good, sweaty workout, but a little bit too long (67mins).

Good stretch, but I kinda had to force myself to do this.
Honestly I had super bad day yesterday. It's really hard to stay motivated with trainings and nutrition when no one from your family supports you. F**k I feel like they are against me.

Yep The Hive is some sort of a big great international fitness family, but you must a admit that it isn't the same.
Well, there's always some option, but do I like it? Not really. It's too radical.
