If i understand you guys correctly, I should keep my workouts hard (strength with some cardio) and eat less... (long story short)
Honestly I don't want to lose weight (too much), also the idea of counting calories isn't too appealing to me.
And the more information I know the more confused I am.

Anyway I definitely going to give it a try (even calorie counting).
I've checked Darebee meal plans and maybe I'll be able to incorporate something from Mass Effect and Vero diets.

Farming season will soon start fully which means a lot more activities throughout the day (but also some fresh organic veggies)

    Done today:

    ~Nothing
It may be quite surprising that I even skipped DDs. But when I was playing with dogs today my body clearly said that if I won't take a rest it may end pretty bad.

    Good night/day bees!

      Many information, but 'simple' process:
Eat less, but enough protein, best to cut carbs as much as you can handle.
      Train Strength and Cardio.
You lose fat and gain or at least conserve muscles, at the same time.

Play time with the dogs sound like a lot of fun :-) They must have enjoyed it as well.

Thanks HellYeah It really is simple, now I only need to make it happen.

Seri They have this kind of fun at least 4-5 times a day. Honestly, they want to play every time they go outside, but weather is beautiful and it's nice exercise (for me and for them)

And a little bonus for all who love spring and love to watch how nature is waking up.

That is indeed the harder part.

              Great pic, now that's spring...

                Done today:

                ~Daily Dares
-2 Minutes Leg Raise Hold +EC
Oh, how I hate this kind of exercises

                -40 Thigh Taps +EC

                -60 Seconds Alt Arm/Leg Raised Plank +EC
It was much, much harder than I thought. Seems I need to work my core more.

                -40 Plank Rotations +EC
For the first time ever I felt pain (but this kind of good pain) in my obliques while doing this exercise.

                -30 Prawn Extensions +EC
Something my back really appreciated after farm work (lots of bending).

OK. I think it was last rest day (this week). I still feel some tension, but no soreness, so I'm ready to continue.

                Good night/day bees!

                  Done today:

                  ~Avatar Upgrade: Card 13
                  -Prometheus (LVL I, 2min rest)
Unlucky 13? Not really, but honestly it wasn't good day (and time of day, and mood) for this type of workout.
Super tough one, I was sweating like crazy after 1st set. I don't really like combos and today I couldn't find 'flow'.
This wasn't bad workout by any mean, but not for today.

OK I started a trial with an calorie counting app, and it seems like I reaaaaaaaaly exceeded my daily suggested fat intake. For next 2 weeks (starting on Tuesday) I'll follow what app suggest, and we'll see.
And I forgot to take official measurements today. I'll do it tomorrow.

                  Good night/day bees!

Honestly, cards like "Prometheus" are one of the reasons I never finished the Avatar program. I like combat moves but this is really, really super long to do, even at level 1. Congratulations for going through with it!

                      Great work this week, I-Matanjah!

Thank you for posting the beautiful spring flower + bee photo.
Our crocuses are not up yet. But soon. Soon.

Redline I think it's worth giving a try anyway. Prometheus wasn't too long, around 10mins per set (incl rest), which is a bit above an average for this program.

Thanks Rainbow Dragon I'm trying my best.

I'm sure that very soon you'll be enjoying spring at the fullest with birds, bees, flowers and all that other awesome stuff.

Oh, certainly! Don't misunderstand me, I think it's great that you're doing it. You'll certainly reap many benefits from it. I just don't think I could find the time.

                              Done today:

                              ~Avatar Upgrade: Card 14
-True Alpha (LVL II, 2min rest)
I feel it in my abs already. Pretty challenging, especially planks (how I hate those).
But if I feel it and I say it was hard that means it was also a very good workout.

                              Official measurements done.
Legs are exactly the same as last time, waist too (although I gained another 1.2kg). I lost some chest (unfortunately), but I gained 2cm in shoulders an 1cm in biceps.
It's kinda funny because I haven't gained anything in waist but my belly looks bigger. Can it be because abs muscles grow?
Bodyfat 17% (from now on I'll stick to one calculator).

                              Good night/day bees!

                                It may.
