Day 1! WOD + DD, 30m Cardio, Yoga cool down. HD arms. Wow! Has it really been that long since I tracked? That explains the unwelcome 15 lbs.

I’ve been running since the local stay home orders in mid-March. My route is a bit over 2 miles. I walk/run, and am running about half my route. Then yoga to stretch and cool down. On off days I do strength and tone, and yoga. Today I ran 40 min and did 30m yoga. I’ll try 20x3 so I have a better plan for off days. Here goes!

Woke up late, about 8:30 am, today and yesterday, and it was already too hot and humid for me to run here in South Texas. Did 30 m yoga yesterday. Today, 90 min workout. Yoga warm up, impossible abs, DD W EC, HD Arms, WOD Hercules x 3 with balance challenge breaks, yoga cool down. Whew!
