                Last week was absolutely awful hot weather, so it was a big rest (I've done something two days: Once Back and Biceps Express, and yesterday Full-Body Kettlebell).

                  So far so good.

                  I started working with endocrinologist on my meals, I report to her nine days already. Tomorrow I must report my weight and sizes. We'll see how it goes.

                  Last month or two I ate too big portions of meals, so we started with 120 kg ten days ago
