Currently I'm working with psychotherapist on my body image.
I'm a big guy, I gain mass pretty easily, but the problem is in my head I should not be this big and should be ripped (of course).
Therapy is starting to give results (after half a year of working).
I have seen Instagram post about famous actors like Hugh Jackman and how they prepared for shirtless movie scenes.
And I thought: WTF? Why should they have no food and water and when they almost blacking out, the scene starts?
It seems that I'll be better soon, if I'm finally asking such questions
Kettlebell can have an interesting effect sometimes: if you do a workout after a good night's sleep and while being fine overall, you can feel both brutal and chill afterwards.
Today at the end of my training I was listening to Parkway Drive - Crushed and Fit for a King - The Path. Not an easy music, but I was so calm, relaxed, dancing to them like it's Wham!, Gloria Gaynor or, I don't know, Bruno Mars.
What a contrast
