          Redline Clouclou Hey guys , i was absent for a moment sorry. I Started crossfit in October and realized how weak i am, difficult for me to work with a 10kg weightlifting bar.... Such a choc for me, i thought that i was strong .... Realize that i was too skinny too 45kg for 1m72 .... you can see my vein along my body... I realized that i perform crossfit because i search to suffer, push the limits to see that i'm incapable of performing an entire wod so i decided to stop crossfit because it just an excuse to suffer a lot more, to inflict damages to me.... I come back to my lovely darebee workout 3 days ago and feeling happy to perform my workout again so finally i think that i find the good formula for me, with darebee i enjoy my workout, i'm a not in such a situation where i search to suffer, to hurt me .... So darebee i'm here again !

          The depression is still there and it is even worst i had to stop my studies because i was incapable of continuing, feeling as if it wasn't for me.... So now i took my year to try to rebuild myself, to save me, to get trough from depression and anorexia...

          That's it for the news, sorry for the long story dudes ... Hope that you are feeling great

              It's good to hear from you again, semprevitamine!
              And it looks like you made the right decision when you stopped crossfit. Not that it's necessarily bad in itself, but I believe we really should work out to get stronger and healthier, not to punish or hurt ourselves.
              Now, the depression and anorexia are serious problems, but at least, you're acknowledging them and putting names on them, which is good. We'll always be here to cheer you on, of course. But you also probably need specialized, medical help. Are you getting it?
              (of course, feel free to PM me if you don't want to talk about it here, or to ignore the question if you don't want to talk about it at all)

                  semprevitamine glad you are back. Crossfit is the hype for a few years now. Though mixing bodyweight with lifting is nice, the whole concept went out the roof... When you start trading health for show off, it seldomly lasts for long.
                  Actually I don't like crossfit in general, it is a rip off, teaches people how to hurt themselves really good, bring short term results that last even shorter
