    Hey, semprevitamine! I'm just discovering your new thread. Looks like you've been doing very well with the Hero's Journey!

    Are you still feeling the tiredness? It could be due to a multitude of factors, including the heat - I don't know how bad it is in Strasbourg these days... but I'd be surprised if you didn't feel it at least a little bit.

      hey Redline it's better since few days here, but yeah it can be tough when the heat is coming but in my case i think the tiredness comes from my depression and my huge deficiency in iron

          Well, you did another day at level 3. A day of the Hero's Journey, for chrissake! This one was one of Darebee's toughest programs when it came out. There's nothing "weak" about that in my book.

          About the depression... well, there isn't much to say here. But at least, you know it's there. You acknowledge it. Which is the first (and maybe the most difficult) step to recovery.

          About the deficiency in iron, taking your diet into account... well, there's lots of iron in dried fruits and nuts. Also, in tofu, lentils, sesame... and in extreme cases, iron ampoules can be bought from any chemist's without a prescription.

              Swimming Session - 25 laps (50meters lane) - 1250m - 32:40 minutes => Freaky session ! couldn't breathe normally, my breathe was totally cut, don't know if it was the temperature of water or myself but i really start to worry about my health

                Keep observing yourself and if you feel there might be some problem do not hesitate and visit your GP

                  I agree with *Cronos* - some blood tests might be in order. Either they'll show there's a real deficiency and help you correct it, or tell you the problem lies somewhere else. In any case, it's always good to stand on solid ground.

                  To put things into perspective, though, I still think you're doing very well with your workouts. I usually don't do too bad myself, but if I had to swim that distance, I'd be totally out of breath waaaay before the end.

                          I'm totally not. I'm really not a great swimmer. My technique is too crude, so I tend to waste a lot of energy.
                          (even though I live near the sea, yeah, I know...)
