    - Day 11 of Gravity Program - Done with weights and 10 reps per set of push-ups on knees
    - Run, you clever boy – 5 sets
    - Ultimate Burn – 3 sets
    - Sculptor+
    - Daily Dare - Jump Squats 10 reps * 5sets

      That's some very cool running! It looks like you'd be able to unlock the second achievement on Day 19 of Cardio Trim Run already! How are you enjoying Gravity?

        Welcome to the Hive! I remember going to Strasbourg, France when I lived in Germany as a kid....beautiful place! I'm sure it's changed quite a but since I was there 20 years ago lol!

              I knew you could to it! Cardio Trim Run is a great program. You might consider doing the whole thing from the beginning after you finish Gravity,

                        Hey semprevitamine,
                        Hero's journey is tough for sure, eventually it might be an idea to aim for a lower level but to go through. I notice most people see level III almost like a minimum due to emulation but actually I think most people would benefit far more from going for level I and use a progression rather than shooting too high and then discover not to make progress anymore. Better fewer reps with full range of motion than many reps done so so...
