              Power Cardio : first day done ! (lvl 1). The jumping lunges almost killed me and when I began to train with Darebee, I'd never thought that jumping jacks would be like rest.

                        Don't worry, Cabriel : I fell in love with the squat hold punches the first time I did them and I still love them.

                        I forgot the 20 heel taps and I didn't do inclined push-ups nor squat hold punches this morning because of the Power Cardio and the October Challenge.

                        DD : 50 Crunches, EC

                        Power Cardio : day 3, lvl 1. I did the push-ups how I could, with some 5'' rest doing the downward dog after each series of 5.
                        2' rest, then :
                        Power 20



                        30'' rest, then :
                        Kicks and Punches October Challenge: the remaining 230 (squat hold ) punches to reach the 350 punches in total throughout the day

                            No wake-up routine, because there was a power shut down during the night and the alarm clock didn't ring, so I woke up at 9:30 a.m. instead of 7.

                            Walking and running (6,5 km in total) :
                            - wallking : 16'
                            - running / walking : 3' running, 1' 30'' walking x 3 + 5' running, 1'30'' walking + 3' running, 1' 30'' walking x 3 (3,8 km)
                            - walking : 20'

                            Power Cardio : Day 6 (ouch my shoulders and my upper arms !)
