I like it. It is a little boring but easy and efficient for losing cm at the waist.

Gee , the problem is when "some days" mean "3 months".

I did it a lot, because I read about it in a book (*cough* Bruce Lee's Fighting Methods *cough*) because it also helps with shoulder coordination (at least it was said in the book)

Sometime the body/ mind needs a rest , your doing your best each day! This is a path of self healing and as it moves forward the body/ mind needs time to find balance.

                  Wow ! Bruce Lee !
For me the most difficult part when I began to do this move was the positioning of feet and legs to block and secure the pelvis.

Welcome back, Louve rose. And don't worry too much about your lapse. We all have some at times. For now, just do whatever you enjoy and feel like doing. Appetite will come back with eating.

Don't worry about not giving any news, it's not like you had a duty to report, I did understand about your foot and I really wasn't going to push it

I'm already working on my 2018 Wallonia / Brussel races list, I'll make sure to ping you when I post it, maybe looking forward to one or the other will help motivating you.
