                  Thank you. Despite all the healing vibes, I guess that I'll have to cancel the September 17th.

                  As for my core and upper body, I did nothing for 2 weeks (the "Sally up" challenge is the kick I needed, thanks to Redline who tagged me).

                              Mr. Octopus forearms challenge : day 1 : 6 wrists curls extension, 6 wrist curls pronation, 6 wrists curls supination, 3 sets, 20'' rest

                              Done today (13/07) :
                              20 high crunches
                              1' squat hold punches
                              10 incline push-ups

                              Mr. Octopus forearms challenge : day 2 : 20'' chair-up (14''-3''-3'' - heavier chair than previously)

                              20 split squats

                                Almost nothing : 20 high crunches and Mr. Octopus forearms challenge : day 2 : 20'' chair-up (lighter chair than yesterday)

                                Done today (15/07) :
                                20 high crunches (I'm impressed by the improvement that this exercise - done in my bed, just after waking - does to my abs)
                                10 incline push-ups
                                1' squat hold punches

                                Mr. Octopus forearms challenge : day 3 : 6 wrists curls extension, 6 wrists curls pronation, 6 wrists curls supination, 4 sets, 20'' rest

                                Upperbody Forge : 4 kg dumbbells for all the exercises but the last three sets of shoulder press, done with 2,3 kg dumbbells
