    Hello ! I'm back on my thread.
    Last week was so hot that I was melting and I did almost nothing. I did only the usual 10 incline push-ups and the 1' squat hold punches, plus 20 high crunches each morning but I skipped days 23-24-25-26 of the half marathon training plan.

    Done today :
    10 incline push-ups
    1' squat hold punches

    Half marathon training plan : day 28 : 45 min run (5,3 km - Freet shoes)

        it was cooking out here, anyway, running wasn't safe. Welcome back for this beautiful new week of pure grey and somewhat rainy Belgian weather !

            Done today (26/6) :
            Half marathon training plan : day 29 : 40 min run (4,73 km - 7,09 km/h)

            RWC9 : Super Soldier workout, no rest (the 7 sets in one go)

                About Super Soldier ? It was not as hard as I had thought. Each exercise provides rest for the one before.

                About 17/9 : I think that we'll begin and finish together, but you'll have run 22 km and I'll have run 12 km (maybe !)

                      Matan and inbetween : there was rest (about 4 hours : this is a real rest time ) between the 40' run and the workout ! The no-rest was only for the 7 sets.

                                I'll wait for you because I think I'm off for running for a while. This morning when descending the stairs, I don't know how I did that, but my left foot began to ache a lot and it goes worst and worst for now.
