    30'' Squat hold calf raises

    60 Climbers
    Workout : Power Skip (L1) : no jump rope so I did only jumps + same arms moves as if I were doing real jump rope skips, and I did cobra push-ups instead of regular push-ups.
    20 slow bridges
    1'30'' elbow plank with hypopressive breathing. Ouch !
