    Done today (17/4/2020) :

    1' squat hold punches

    Express Tone : day 25
    9 basic burpees

    Workout : maintenance of my pond.
    It's a really little pond but we did a mistake : we planted yellow irises (Iris pseudoacorus) in a pot in the middle of the pond, and they almost invaded everything. Today we took them out, so we had to pull and carry all the irises out, their roots were everywhere, I did a good job of working my back and leg muscles (bonus : I saw three of the goldfish that live there and a newt (Ichthyosaura alpestris) almost touched my hand)
