          No time to exercise since my last message: my mother asked to go to a nursing home, I had to find one not too far from my home, then install her, and now I visit her almost every day. I hope that a daily routine will be reached and that I will be able to return to Darebee more regularly.

          Today (2/8) :
          1' Squat hold punches
          30'' Squat hold calf raises

          60 Climbers
          Workout : High Volume (L3+EC - 1kg dumbbells for taps and extensions)
          20 Bridges
          20 Cobra push-ups

          I'll do Fireheart and the Endurance Challenge again when I'm sure I can practice regularly.

              I found my schedule all over the place when we got Liam. It did take time, but a new routine formed! It changed a few times, but we're at a place now that is very steady. I can only imagine working with a human will go better than a puppy!
