Gandhalfit , even to build muscles?
Done today (6/4/2020) :
1' squat hold punches
Express Tone : day 15
60 days of cardio : day 34, L3, 2' rest
3 x 5'' hold scapular shrug

yes. YOu could always redo the program with more weight later. I'm having a hard time with more weight (4 instead of 2 kg... not that much of a difference either). Or, I read somewhere that you only need 12 reps of 3 sets with 2 to 3 minutes rest between them. So I guess more weight could work. Personally I feel better with less weight.

Light weights may be easier on your joints and your posture won't matter as much, but they will take more time (i.e., longer sets) to be effective, of course.
Also, there's a whole range of possibilities between light and heavy. Like, moderately light, or moderately heavy... I mean, if you think 2kg is light and 6kg is heavy, where does that leave 4kg?

Redline , thank you. The range is from 5 kg to 10 kg, with a drop to a 3,5 kg dumbbell for the tricep extensions behind the head. Those weights gave me a doable number of reps without boring me, but I was wondering if it was better to reduce the weights and do much longer sessions (with the risk of getting bored).
